So erster Trainingstag ist vorbei und hat eigentlich ohne größere Probleme alles geklappt. Es zahlt sich wohl doch aus, wenn man neben Krafteinheiten immer noch im Bereich der Ausdauer tätig ist. Bin einmal gespannt wie sich der Körper entwickelt, wenn ich es einmal kontinuierlich durchziehe zwei-drei Monate fast jeden Tag unterschiedliche Bereiche meines Körpers zu trainieren. Habe mich heute einmal um ein neues Design für diesen Blog gekümmert. Zwar muss an dem Design nicht einiges verändert werden (Header, Farben, Aufteilung Rubriken etc.), aber vom Prinzip bin ich hiermit schon sehr zufrieden. Ab Montag geht es dann auch sportlich richtig los, neben einigen interessanten Berichten und Informationen spielt in erster Linie meine sportliche Betätigung die erste Geige, wobei ich noch nicht genau weiß in welche Richtung ich mich bewegen werden. Erst einmal die nächsten Monate bis Weihnachten meine Ausdauerwerte verbessern und schauen, dass ich durch diverse Übungen im Bereich der Eigengewichtsübungen und zum anderen mit der Unterstützung durch Hanteln vorhandene Muskeln stärke und vor allem neue Muskeln aufbaue.

Der eine oder andere Fehler taucht im Moment leider noch auf, daher ein wenig Geduld bis das Template komplett nach meinen Bedürfnisse angepasst ist.

So nun geht es hier endlich weiter - die letzten Monate waren sehr turbulent und ich hab dieses Projekt einfach aus den Augen verloren. Leider war ich auch vom Konzept her nicht besonders gut ausgerichtet, dies wird sich aber nun ändern. Neben einem neuen Design, wird auch die restliche Seite mit interessanten Themen rund um “Fitness und Abnehmen” fertiggestellt.

Einfach einmal abwarten und schauen, was sich hier in der nächsten Woche tun wird - ich hab zur Zeit richtig Motivation und Lust einen tollen Blog plus statische Seite auf die Beine zu stellen.

So nun geht es auch hier im neuen Jahr endlich wieder los! Hatte die letzten Tage erst mit einer Blasenentzündung und dann mit einer Grippe zu kämpfen, sodass ich hier alles etwas schleifen lassen mußte. Aber die “kranken” Tage habe ich mal dazu genutzt, um mir sportliche Ziele für 2008 zu setzen.

An erster Stelle steht auf alle mein Rennrad, so 8.000 km bis 10.000 km sollten es dieses Jahr schon sein, helfen wird hier sicherlich das ich im April nach Andalusien zu einer Trainingswoche reisen werde. Laufen geht wahrlich nicht zu meinen Lieblingssportarten, aber trotzdem muss ich mal gucken, dass ich mich wenigstens 2-3 die Woche für wenigstens jeweils 30-45 Minuten motivieren kann, locker und leicht durch die Gegend zu traben.

Wenn es draußen wieder etwas wärmer wird, steht auf alle Fälle auch schwimmen auf dem Programm, welches ich gerne an Radtouren anfügen möchte - so lassen sich dann zwei Fliegen mit einer Klatsche schlagen. Hinzu kommen noch Stabilisierungsübungen mit und ohne Gewichten, um etwas für seine Muskelatur zu tun - wer schön sein will muss eben leiden!

Bis nach Weihnachten habe ich mal beschlossen mich mit Abnehmtipps zurückzuhalten, finde die Zeit und das gute Essen sollte man geniessen und sich nicht über Abnehmproblemen rumschlagen. So will ich das Augenmerk noch einmal auf einen Musiker von der Insel legen -> Leona Lewis.

Leona Lewis is die Gewinnerin des britischen X-FActor 2006 (vergleichbar mit DSDS bei uns) und hat schon damals die Jury mit ihrer einzigartigen Stimme verzaubert. Gefällt mir auf alle Fälle um einiges besser, als irgendein Retortenstar aus der 20ten Castingshow, die im Grunde kein Mensch braucht.

Statistisch ist es ja erwiesen, dass jeder Bundesbürger im Schnitt während er Weihnachtszeit drei Kilogramm auf seine Rippen packt, die man nach Silvester gerne wieder abnehmen möchte. Zwar werden jetzt viele sagen, sind doch nur drei Kilogramm die kann man auch mal nicht abnehmen. Aber wer sich diesemm Trugschluss hingibt, wird schnell eines besseren belehrt. Wenn man dies nämlich mal fünf Jahre durchzieht, sind anstatt der anfänglich 3 Kilogramm auf einmal 15 Kilogramm auf den Rippen und dann wird es auch fast schon ein wenig unansehnlich.

So nun was ist zu tun, damit man sich wenigstens ein bisschen gegen die Völlerei an Weihnachten wehren kann und nicht direkt einem Schock unterliegt, wenn es nach den festlichen Tagen auf die Waage geht. Zum einen sollte man sich auf alle Fälle mit den Süssigkeiten zurückhalten, bisschen naschen und geniessen ist natürlich drin, nur nach der 5 Tafel Schokolade, sollte die Frage erlaubt sein, ob dies wirklich notwendig ist. Feststagsessen sind natprlich lecker und wäre ja auc schade, wenn was weggeworfen werden müßte. Aber wie wäre es, wenn nach dem Essen ein kleiner Spaziergang unternommen wird, so bringt man seinen Körper wenigstens etwas in Bewegung.

Nach den tollen Tagen, sollte man dann auch wieder etwas an seiner Fitness tun und wenigstens etwas Sport treiben, sich gesund ernähren und anstatt des Aufzugs die Treppen nutzen. Aber im Grunde sind dies alles Tipps, die man selber weiß! Nur Schwierigkeiten damit hat, diese vernünftig umzusetzen.

Ist ja mal wieder typisch, wie einfach der menschliche Geist gestrickt ist. Kaum kommt ein Anreiz in Form von Geld ins Spiel, steigt die Motivation der Abnehmwilligen extrem und in den meisten Fällen wird dann das gesteckte Abnehmziel errreicht.

So wurde dieses Verhalten durch eine Studie in Amerika bestätigt, 100 Probanden mit Übergewicht wurden in drei Gruppen eingeteilt:

• Gruppe 1 bekam für seine Gewichtsreduktions keinen Obulus.
• Gruppe 2 wurde mit jeweils 7 Dollar je verlorenes Kilogramm belohnt.
• Gruppe 3 bekam sogar für jedes verlorene Kilogramm einen Betrag von 14 Dollar.

Das Fazit nach einer Periode von drei bzw. sechs Monaten war dann relativ eindeutig, so hatten die Teilnehmer aus der Gruppe 1 zum großen Teil kaum nennenswerte Gewichtsverluste. Die Gruppen 2 und 3 hingegen motiviert durch den finanziellen Anreis, wiesen eine Reihe von Teilnehmern auf, die das abnehmen sehr ernst nahmen und entsprechend ihr Gewicht reduziert haben.

Auf der einen Seite sicherlich nicht wirklich sehr erstaunlich, auf der anderen Seite aber auch erschreckend! Wieso brauchen Menschen diesen finanziellen Anreiz, es geht schließlich um die eigene Gesundheit und Verfassung. Die sollte einem schon am Herzen liegen, ohne das man durch Geld dadurch motiviert werden muss.

Hatte gestern Abend nich soviel zu tun und so habe ich mir zum ersten Mal, einmal diese Schlag den Raab Sendung angeschaut. Kurz erklärt ein Herausforderer kämpft gegen Raab in bis zu 15 Spielen um den Sieg. Was ich dann doch sehr seltsam fand, dass Raab zum Beispiel in Spielen wie Oscargewinner nicht so recht auf der Höhe war, obwohl dies doch eigentlich eins seiner Paradegebiete sein sollte.

Das war heute mal wieder ein lustiger Tag! Wie toll ist es, dass die Metro schon um 6 Uhr morgens seine Pforten öffnet und man so trotz der zahlreichen Menschen, die zu Weihnachten ihren Konsumgelüsten nachgehen, ohne größeren Streß einkaufen kann. Das als Einleitung dazu, viel mehr geht es mir ja darum, wieviele tolle Produkte es in der Metro zu kaufen gibt. Von diversen Filetstücken zu annehmbaren Preisen, über diversen frischen Fischen / Schalentieren / Muscheln bis hin zu einer großen Auswahl an Milchprodukten. Zwar muss man gucken, dass wohl eine große Anzahl von Produkten selbst durch den Großmarkt Charakter nicht gerade billig sind, aber ab und an sollte man sich auch mal etwas gönnen. So kann ich niemanden verstehen, der sich am “Wühltisch” bei einem Discounter ein TK-Rehragout kauft, anstatt in frisches Rehfleisch zu investieren, welches man dann selbst zubreitet. Genuss fängt für mich schon während der Zubereitung meiner Mahlzeit an. Ich möchte nun aber auch nicht missverstanden werden, es heißt nicht das man jedesmal für seine Mahlzeit Unsummen in einem Bereich von 50 Euro und mehr alleine nur für die Zutaten ausgeben muß. So gibt es doch diverse Pastagerichte, mit denen man eine Familie schon für 5 Euro inklusive eines frischen Salat satt bekommt.

Dies ist wie ich finde der genau der Punkt, wo richtig abnehmen ansetzt! Viele Menschen geben viel Geld für TK-Ware aus, die kalorientechnisch im Grunde genommen nicht vereinbar ist. Vielleicht liegt es an der Faulheit oder am Stress, dass keine Lust nach der Arbeit besteht noch zu kochen. Doch erst wenn man selber für sich Mahlzeiten zubereitet, reift meiner Meinung nach ein Instinkt, der einem sagt “Das ist gut für mich, oder ne das ist nicht so gut”.
